About 3PC

3PC was founded in 2020 by Phil Del Vecchio, MA. SPP, MA, OD, ACC. Phil brings over 15 years of hands-on experience working with world-class organizations in global talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management to his role as President of 3PC.

Having partnered with premier global organizations such as the PGA, Sonos, Louis Vuitton, MLB (Major League Baseball Association), and JBS Foods, Phil also draws on his extensive education in organizational psychology and performance psychology to drive results for his clients.

His real-world and scientific expertise includes a unique blend of research-based knowledge and extensive practical experience, helping you identify where you stand as an organization and what steps to take next.

Meet Our Founder

Phil Del Vecchio

First and foremost, I am an authentic, people focused leader who values all walks of life. My goal is for my family to live a peaceful, fulfilling and meaningful existence while ensuring others have the tools to do the same.

I’ve had the privilege of studying under Mike Csikszentmhjaliy (Chick – sent – me – hi), the co-creator of positive psychology and the creator of the FLOW theory. Working with Mike taught me that the key to happiness is a relatively simple equation and that well-being is a matter of intentionally engaging in meaningful, rewarding challenges; the rest is just noise.

I am obsessed with history, astronomy, high-performance and the wonders of this world. Some may say I’m in a perpetual state of existentialism, but I can’t help pondering life’s mysteries and taking note of both the amazingness and the absurdity of most things. This helps me identify the truly meaningful aspects of life, the levers we can pull to make things better, and the ability to provide clear insights to others who are on the same path towards self-actualization.

In both my sport and corporate careers, I’ve been able to see the root cause of performance issues clearly. I understand the core human behaviors that interfere with successful outcomes and ask my clients creative questions to uncover individualized solutions. My honor/my goal is to be in your corner and support your mental health while continuing to help you grow and develop as a professional and human being.
